A partir das 21h de hoje (26), a MTV Brasil transmite ao vivo uma das maiores e mais aguardadas premiações do mundo do entretenimento musical: a 36ª edição do VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS, ou simplesmente VMA 2019.
O evento, geralmente marcado por apresentações musicais icônicas dos artistas que estão em evidência no cenário atual do mainstream, premia através da escolha da audiência, os videoclipes, bandas, cantores e cantoras que se destacaram ao longo do ano.
Quem comanda a festa desta vez será o comediante Sebastian Maniscalco, conhecido pelo público norte-americano pelos seus shows de stand-up e sua recente participação no longa “Green Book – o Guia”, premiado no Oscar.
Entretanto, são os shows ao vivo que mais são esperados pelo público fã de música pop e o motivo da maior parte da euforia da noite.
Entre os nomes confirmados, estão os Jonas Brothers, que após 6 anos de hiato, estão de volta ao palco do VMA e Taylor Swifit, celebrando o sucesso de “Lover”, seu mais recente álbum de inéditas lançado sexta-feira passada (23).
Vão soltar a voz também no Prudential Center, em Nova Jersey: Lil Nas X, Miley Cyrus, Camilla Cabello, Shawn Mendes, Queen Latifah, Big Sean, Lizzo, Missy Elliott, Naughty by Nature, Normani, Ozuna, Redman, entre outros.
O tapete vermelho do evento será transmitido a partir das 20h pela p´rópria MTV. Uma opção, caso você não possua TV por assinatura, é acompanhar a live que a emissora costuma fazer em seu site oficial.
